Shipping charges

Our standard U.S. shipping rate is $4.95 for the first shirt and $2.20 for each additional shirt in the same order. The shipping total is shown in secure checkout before you pay. The amount shown there is the shipping charge for your order; rates may be updated for future orders.

Production and delivery estimates

Printful typically needs 2–5 business days to produce and fulfill an order. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes another 3–4 business days after fulfillment. That puts the usual overall estimate at about 5–9 business days, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Production volume, holidays, product availability, carrier conditions, and other delays can extend delivery.

Production time happens before carrier transit time begins. If tracking is provided, use the carrier’s tracking page for the latest delivery status.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will check whether the address can still be corrected, but changes cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible after the order ships. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a package to be returned or reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delayed or missing packages

If a package is late, allow a day or two beyond the estimated delivery date for carrier delays, then contact us so we can investigate with our fulfillment provider and the carrier. Report a package that has not arrived within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. If tracking says a package was delivered but you cannot find it, contact us promptly; a replacement is not guaranteed solely because tracking shows delivery.
